Board and Train Program Details
At K9 Evolutions Dog Training, we offer a variety of Board and Train programs to suit your needs. Our programs vary in length because every dog learns at different speeds – we want to ensure that your dog has a full understanding of their training before they return home to you.
Details of our programs, with corresponding pricing, can be found below:
On-Leash Basic Board and Train
Duration: 2-4 weeks
Price: $2,000
Curriculum:
- The Implied Stays of:
- Sit
- Down
- Place
- Heel
- Recall
The program also includes the following:
- Addressing and resolving minor nuisance behaviors, such as jumping up on people or counter surfing
- Leash etiquette around strangers or walking past dogs
- Improving and generalizing behavior in dog-friendly settings, such as an outdoor coffee shop, home improvement stores, etc.
Includes one free go-home lesson.
On-Leash + Off-Leash Board and Train
Duration: 3-5 weeks
Price: $3,000
Curriculum:
Our off-leash obedience program takes your dog’s training to the next level, for ultimate control of your dog in a variety of settings.
In addition to everything that is included in the On-Leash program, our Off-Leash program places a greater emphasis on conditioning. Eventually, your dog will be E-collar trained. Our E-collar training is carried out systematically and you will be shown how to utilize the E-collar correctly.
This includes three free go-home lessons to ensure you understand the training tools and feel confident using the E-collar.
Graduates of our On-Leash program receive a 15% discount for this program.
Behavior Modification
Duration: Starting at 4 weeks
Price: Starting at $4,000*
*The final cost and duration to be determined depending on severity of the behavioral issue.
Behavioral issues include (but are not limited to):
- Human aggression
- Dog aggression
- Resource guarding
- Lunging
- Phobias
- Extreme fear, anxiety or stress responses
- Destructive behavior
We recommend scheduling a phone conversation to discuss your concerns with your dog’s behavior.
Our program costs include all appropriate training tools such as E-collars and prong collars. We will discuss which tools are appropriate – and how to use them – throughout our training program.
Tuneup lessons are available at a discounted rate for the life of the dog upon completion of a training program.
